Contacted by this arm of the NHS, we fitted this great aluminium shutter at short notice. We removed the sold steel shutter, which had been intended to cover a survery for a reception desk; and, because the hatch had been turned into a wide walk-through opening, we were required to install a shutter to the ground level.
